Fungal Cultures

  • The doctor may hand you a small brown envelope containing your specimen.
  • Take this and the printed requisition form to the Gamma Dynacare Laboratory on the first floor of the same building as Doctor V’s office.
  • You must take the specimen to the lab IMMEDIATELY after your visit.

Bacterial Swabs

  • The doctor may hand you a long pencil-shaped tube containing your specimen.
  • Take this and the requisition form to the Gamma Dynacare Laboratory on the first floor of the same building as Doctor V’s office.
  • You must take the specimen to the lab IMMEDIATELY after your visit or the specimen will be ruined.
