General Measures:
- Wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser
- Avoid getting oily products on your skin (e.g. gel, mousse, hair spray and oil)
- Use a minimum amount of hair conditioner on the ends of your hair if you need it
- Do not use heavy moisturizers or creams on your face
- Use only oil free (not water based) foundation
- Use non-comedogenic make-up
- Foods have never been proven to make acne worse
- Although if you find a specific food that aggravates your acne, you should avoid it
- Do not pick, scratch, pop or squeeze your pimples because this will cause scarring
