FUNGAL CULTURES
The doctor will hand you a small brown envelope containing your specimen. Take this and the brown requisition form to the Gamma Dynacare Laboratory on the first floor of the same building as Doctor V's office. You must take the specimen to the lab IMMEDIATELY after your visit.
BACTERIAL SWABS
The doctor will hand you a long pencil-shaped tube containing your specimen. Take this and the brown requisition form to the Gamma Dynacare Laboratory on the first floor of the same building as Doctor V's office. You must take the specimen to the lab IMMEDIATELY after your visit or the specimen will be ruined.
